Target audience of PrivacyWiki is an average denizen of the internet; a person that uses service and devices which infringe their privacy but may not have a technical or conceptual know-how required to do anything about it.
While PrivacyWiki will aim to be simple to use and understand, this simplicity should not infringe on the completeness and usefulness of data. Content may be of complex and technical nature where this is required.
This wiki is written to educate and offer practical advice, but not in a way that will insult reader's intelligence or assume the reader is inept or incapable of making meaningful choices.
