If you have an Android 9 or later device, you can change your DNS provider to a provider which will refuse to resolve ads, thus giving you DNS based tracking and content blocking. Android supports [[w:DNS over TLS|DNS over TLS]] (DoT) and you can therefore use any DoT supporting provider.
