The target audience of PrivacyWiki is an average denizen of the internet; a person who uses service and devices which infringe their privacy but may not have a technical or conceptual know-how required to do anything about it.
While PrivacyWiki will aim to be simple to use and understand, this simplicity should not infringe on the completeness and usefulness of data. Content may be of complex and technical nature where this is required.
